Notes when Booking
All studio time is to be paid for when booking. Cancellations of 48 hours, or more, are refunded fully. Cancellations within the 48 hour period of booking will be refunded subject to the rehearsal time being resold.

All bookings made via the phone are done using secure terminal payment methods. Currently bookings can be made up to 3 weeks in advance. We are assessing the practicalities of extended this time period. Please feel free to let us know any thoughts you may have on the matter.

Payments in house are made using “chip and pin”. Cash is OK too but not encouraged. Services from the Café and Pro shop can be put on a tab payable at the end of a session.
